INFINITY SCISSOR SERVICE MAIL–IN INFORMATION

1. To ensure the safety of your scissor(s) during shipment, please secure each scissor tip with a rubber band and wrap each scissor with tissue or paper towel.

2. Place your scissors in a padded envelope. To request for pre-addressed padded envelopes, please call our office at (310) 515-7526. We recommend maximum of 5 scissors per padded envelope.

3. Please download and complete the service information form provided.

4. Provide proper payment:

Regular Service - $45.00
Corrective Service - $60.00 (Only for damaged Infinity Scissors)

All services include return ground shipping to the continental United States. Additional shipping fees will apply to Hawaii and Alaska) Expedite shipping is also available.

If RETURN shipping is to a residential or home-business address, please include additional fee of $10.00. NO P.O. Box or military base addresses please.

A. Payment by check/money order – Please issue check or money order made payable to Infinity Scissor Service (All returned checks will incur a $25.00 NSF Fee).

B. Payment by credit card – Please make sure all billing information is enclosed on service mail-in form.

5. We highly recommend to our customers to always insure their package when shipping scissors to our office.
